CC Region Plus

CC "Region Plus" was set up in October 1992. Then Orel Sreel-Rolling plant (ОSPZ) founded JSC "Region" – the representative of OSPZ for all hardware distribution in 13 regions of Central Russia. Igor Anatolevich Melnikov, working for “Ros” Trade House, headed the company. He gained much experience in distributing OSPZ produce. At that time the overall structure and arrangement of JSC "Region" aimed at creating better conditions for customers. This resulted in the following: in 1993 JSC "Region"’s delivery level raised up to RUR 3,3 billion (as of 1993), thus exceeding the outputs of the other 15 OSPZ representatives.

The dynamic company development, tendency to increasing market segment and to assortment diversification of supplied metal production preconditioned the reorganization of JSC "Region" into an independent structure, independent from OSPZ. CC "Region Plus" was set up in February 14, 1994.

Now 50 qualified specialists work for CC "Region Plus" under the leadership of the general director, Tolmakov Yury Nikolaevich. The company has warehouses about 5000 m 2 with access to railroads, lifting and weighting devices.

The basis activity of CC Region Plus is sales of steel and combined ropes, slings and  hardware in the market of the wholesale and retail trade; the Company participates in the economical activity with the countries of the former USSR and other foreign states.

We are partners to over 500 enterprises and companies from all Russian regions, the Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic States and Middle Asia countries.
CC Region Plus is extending its market, increases the sales volume by granting its time contract customers more profitable terms of cooperation; moreover the company carries on an active advertising campaign directed on launch of new products into the market.

Since the 1st of October 2006 CC Region Plus has been the official Representative of Orel, Cherepovets and Volgograd “Severstal-Metiz” Plants supplying rope production to JSC Surgutneftegaz. The Supplier Status is certified by JSC “Severstal-Metiz”.

CC Region Plus has obtained a great number of awards and diplomas, in particular: The International Charitable Foundation  “Maecenas of the Century” (Metsenaty Stoletiya) has presented CC Region Plus with a Diploma for the  Revival of the Charity and Patronage Traditions in Russia promoting development  of spirituality and progress.
